Member experience is the center of everything we do at QCC and that involves continuously listening to member feedback. This year QCC has initiated an exciting strategic planning process to ensure the organization continues to create strong value for our members. To support this process, QCC is working with StrategyCorp, a strategy advisory firm, to conduct member focus groups to better understand members’ overall experience with QCC and how they could be better served. We greatly appreciate the time members took to respond to QCC’s 2020 Member Survey. Upcoming focus groups are intended to build on what we learned and dive deeper into specific topics.
As an important member of the QCC community, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to hear your thoughts and would like to invite you to participate in a 60-minute virtual focus group. Focus group responses will be confidential, and learnings will be shared in aggregate to strengthen QCC’s value. The focus groups will be conducted the weeks of May 10th and 17th.
We believe Ontario, the Ontario Public Service, and broader public sector are strengthened by their diversity. To ensure the interests of all members are reflected in our programming and services, we hope to involve a diverse group of members in our focus groups. If you would like to participate in a focus group and are comfortable doing so, we would appreciate if you could please indicate in your response your location (e.g., GTA, Ottawa) and whether you identify as a member of a racialized group (i.e., non-Caucasian or non-white) and / or Indigenous person, are LGBTQ2SA+, identify as a person with a disability or impairment, and/or speak French as your first language.
If you are interested in participating in our focus group, or if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to Emily White (ewhite@strategycorp.com).
Thank you in advance for your support!
